As a heart-led integrative therapist, I believe that healing happens within the safety of a genuine therapeutic relationship. My aim is to offer a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgemental space where you can bring all parts of yourself to feel truly heard and received.

I have a non judgemental middle ground because I have looked at my own "defects" and do not consider myself as anything other than human.
The theory piece, I pull from different modalities as necessary to best work with you for what you need in any given session.
