Hello, my name is Martina and you are very welcome to my profile page. I understand that looking for a counsellor can be a daunting task. It can be hard to take those first steps to ask for help but they are steps worth taking. Life can be difficult at times, dealing with stress, life transitions, relationships or conflicts within ourselves. Counselling can offer you a space to explore some of your life experiences and struggles. It can be hugely effective in helping you develop coping skills, connect more with yourself and others and discover the way forward for you.
I offer a welcoming, compassionate space. My aim is to create an environment where you feel safe to explore your inner thoughts and feelings. I am trained in humanistic Integrative Counselling. I consider my work a collaborative journey in which you can learn to grow and explore themes within your own life which have been troubling you.
If you are struggling with life and the pressures that surround it. I believe I can offer a space that can enable you to gain more self-awareness and understanding about how you are in the world. My role will be to encourage you to be yourself fully, connect more with yourself and others and to be with you when you may feel overwhelmed by life.
