Getting to know me... I was a tech and business manager before finally listening to the little voice saying "change". Alongside therapy, I career coach and run self-development workshops. I also support adults with intellectual disabilities in building independent lives. In my wider life, I'm a dad to a teenager, love spending time in nature and read a lot.

I charge 70 per session. I'm happy to provide receipts. You may be reclaim some of the cost from your health insurer. Or you may be able to claim therapy at the 20 p.c. rate against income tax in Ireland.
