As a counsellor and psychotherapist of 15 years, I have worked with adults and adolescents from the age of 11 years. I know how important choosing the right counsellor/psychotherapist is and the courage it takes to start this journey. I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is integral for growth and healing. I create a compassionate, safe, non judgemental environment in which to work with clients. I work from a humanistic and integrative perspective and help clients see their own potential as they work through their difficulties.
