I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist offering short and long-term psychological therapy, using an integrative therapeutic approach and a treatment plan for individual needs. I have additional training in trauma-informed practice, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy & mentalization-based therapy. I have worked with adolescents & adults for 22 years.
I offer sessions for adolescents aged 13+, their parents and individual adult clients, online and in-person in Sandyford.
