I'm a Psychologist and an integrative Psychotherapist. I am working face to face and online from my practice. I also offer walking sessions in various locations.
I work with a whole range of issues: Anxiety, depression, addictions, to cite some of them. A lot of these stem from trauma, and I use Lifespan Integration Therapy to help to integrate traumas and events that were difficult to process. This helps to resolve maladaptative behaviours and thoughts that stem from these unprocessed traumas.
