I am an accredited counsellor psychotherapist, working in support of individuals and couples at points in their life when clarity and change are required. At times of loss, overwhelm and uncertainty in how to proceed I work alongside, supporting you to better understand the impact and influence of your experiences and introduce healing and growth. I facilitate a safe and confidential space to navigate issues such as grief, infertility, anxiety, infidelity, family issues, trauma and self esteem. Together we identify and cultivate your resilience and unique resources that will support you to make sustainable changes and move forward.
I work primarily in an integrative way, which means a holistic and individual to each person approach. This facilitates theories and techniques from several therapeutic models, which vary depending on the unique to each person needs and goals. My work is rooted in the person centred, where each person is the expert in their own life and healing.
Therapy is a supportive process that allows us to learn, grow, heal and gain a better understanding of ourselves as individuals and our relationships with others.
