My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore and work through any challenges you may be facing. I work with people with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression and have a special interest in working with people who live with chronic illness and disability. I work with couples and families, including blended families and ‘non-traditional’ relationships.
I am a qualified Psychotherapist and hold a Masters in Systemic Psychotherapy along with a diploma in Psychology and degree in Healthcare Science. As your therapist, my aim is to help figure out how communication and roles in the family might be causing problems.
I take into account how external issues such as discrimination and inequality can have negative impacts on our mental health, as individuals and groups within society. Whether you're in need of support for yourself, your relationship, or your family, I am here to help.
