Many of the challenges we experience in adulthood have their roots in our earliest relationships. The ways we learned to connect, protect ourselves, cope with loss, and understand our place in the world can continue to influence us throughout our lives. I am particularly passionate about supporting people who are exploring the impact of attachment, family relationships, intergenerational trauma, grief and loss, and the challenges that can arise in parenting and intimate relationships. Our experiences within relationships often shape how we see ourselves, connect with others, and navigate the world around us.
I work with adults, adolescents, and couples, both in person and online. My approach is grounded in person-centred and pluralistic psychotherapy, which means I believe that each person's journey is unique. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, I work collaboratively with you to understand your goals and tailor our work to your individual needs.
Whether you are working through the impact of past experience, facing difficulties in your relationships, adjusting to parenthood, or navigating the pain of loss, I aim to provide a space where you feel supported, respected, and empowered to find your own path forward. Taking the first step can feel daunting, but it can also be the start of meaningful change
