Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed and unable to focus? Feeling worried, struggling with the world today. Recovery is possible - I use Trauma Informed Care, EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I focus on working with clients struggling with Anxiety, Stress, Depression, Trauma and Unresolved Childhood Issues. When I first meet with a client, we discuss what has brought them to therapy. With this information we discuss how we will work with together. The first session with any new client is to assess if we can work together and if the client feels comfortable with continuing the therapeutic process.
Large spacious room - for face to face work when required
I offer weekly psychotherapy and counselling in a private and comfortable setting in Galway city. Life can be a struggle, but you do not need to be alone in it - Attending therapy in the past helped me understand myself and what I wanted and needed out of life. Mental Health distress isolated me for many years. Trauma informed therapy gave me my life back -
My wish is to provide a safe confidential, non-judgmental space in which you can explore your life experiences in depth, gain new insights, and develop your ability to cope, grow and flourish.
