I have over 25 years of experience in Chinese medicine, acupuncture treatment for overall wellbeing. I am a fully accredited psychotherapist, through 4 years of studying counselling and psychotherapy, that enhanced my empathetic understanding of my feelings and others. When Western medicine and philosophy meet Eastern, it allows Mind, Body and Spirit to emerge into ‘ONE’. I believe the change happens when we develop the awareness that we have the capacity “To know, To understand, To act differently”, and knowing “Imperfection is the Perfection” under a therapeutic relationship between us.
