My life experiences led me to my work. I am a qualified Psychotherapist and I currently volunteer at St Catherine's Counselling Services in Tallaght with a practice in Westport, Co Mayo , called 'Three Butterflies', symbolically associated with transformation, freedom, and renewal. Client needs a safe, non-judgmental space to explore their inner world, process unresolved emotions, and connect with their authentic self. I can support integrating conflicting emotions, and past experiences.To navigate existential questions or life transitions, and guidance in finding purpose.
I take an integrative and open-minded approach to therapy. I draw from a wide range of therapeutic models, including Person-centered, Gestalt, CBT, and Psychosynthesis, while also being open to other approaches as needed.
