Welcome, my name is Maggie and I am a qualified psychotherapist. I work with individuals experiencing challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief, anger, family conflict, unresolved childhood issues and many others.
My aim is to provide an opportunity to explore feelings, beliefs and behaviours around any issues that you are facing.
I am an integrative psychotherapist and I hold a BsC Honours degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I truly enjoy being a counsellor and I aim to support others so we can explore new ways to manage challenges and work towards personal growth. I know from personal experience that reaching out for help can be hard so I'm here to make taking that first step easier
