Welcome, I know how important choosing the right counsellor is. It takes courage to ask for help. At any age life's challenges can be difficult. I offer a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space to help you explore and understand your inner thoughts and feelings.
I am a qualified pre-accredited counsellor and Psychotherapist. I work with my clients to identify what they achieve from counselling.
