I work with young adults and adults who are experiencing anxiety, low mood, self-esteem difficulties, identity concerns, and the longer-term impact of early life experiences. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, particularly during periods of transition such as early adulthood, relationship changes, or becoming a parent.
I offer a warm, confidential, and non-judgemental space where we can explore what feels difficult at a pace that feels manageable for you.
My approach is integrative and relational, informed by parts-based, person-centred, and body-aware psychotherapy. I work thoughtfully and with care, supporting you to develop greater understanding, emotional regulation, and a stronger sense of self.
I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, whether this is your first time seeking support or you are returning after a break. I offer a brief introductory call so you can ask any questions and get a sense of whether working together — online or in person in Greystones — feels like a good fit.
