I am an experienced psychotherapist and accredited EMDR practitioner working with both children and adults facing a wide range of issues including PTSD, phobia's, anxiety/depression. My additional area of expertise is working with dual diagnosis where a young person is struggling with an underlying mental heath concern and using substances so self medicate. I offer support to parents and caregivers by struggling to mange difficult behaviors, employing evidence based approaches. My experience includes working with children in the care system. Most insurance companies cover psychotherapy at some level. I have a sliding scale between €65 and €80. When doing EMDR, session often take 1.5 hours. I work a lot with parents who are struggling with distressed children or adolescents and the often directly with the child/young person.
