Hey there, my name is Kevin O’Byrne, I am Dublin-based Psychotherapist and consultant. Since 2011, I have worked as a professional creative and educator. This work taught me to empower individuals to move past anxieties, relationship difficulties and life transitions to grow to live with confidence, competency and resilience. My mission is to cultivate lasting change by fostering greater self-awareness, providing effective tools to face interpersonal challenges and a supportive relationship that privileges who you are.
Effective therapy is a tailored space for deeper understanding: to know who you are, what’s not serving you and where you are going. I take a whole-person and psychodynamic approach to create a therapy that equips clients with the insight to avoid unhelpful unconscious behaviour and to live in line with your true self.
My ethos ‘Curious, Not Critical’ describes therapy for those who wish to begin the journey today, to move past the surface level and to experience living in a way that truly reflects you.
