Hi I’m Lynn, a psychotherapist based in East Cork. My goal is to empower you to gain insight, develop coping skills, and build your resilience and self-esteem. I work in a collaborative way, figuring things out with you, to find what feels best for you and your needs. I believe that therapy can bring a positive change to your life by increasing your self-awareness and helping you feel more fulfilled.
