I have worked with a wide variety of adults and young people for nearly 20 years locally and internationally to improve their quality of life by improving mental health, reducing isolation and increasing their participation in their communities and society. It was during this time that my passion for personal development and wellbeing became ignited. I have gained qualifications in Social Science, Yoga Teacher Training, Somatic Experiencing and Community Development amongst others. This led to my pursuance of a MSc in Pluralistic Counselling and Psychotherapy and more recently a Diploma in Trauma Informed Psychotherapy.
