It's no secret that life is difficult. Sometimes our thoughts, feelings and relationships with others and ourselves can be confusing and can impair our day-to-day. My aim is to provide you with a safe, confidential space where you can be free to express your mind, and work towards optimising your mental health and life.
I am providing individual online therapy to adults and over 16's. I aim to provide you with a safe, compassionate space where you can feel free to explore your thoughts and feeling without judgement. I specialise in CBT but use a whole range of therapies dependent on your needs.
My online therapy is at a reduced rate. Discounts for students and young people (aged 16+) available.
