I offer a supportive, non judgemental space for whatever is holding you back from living life to the full. Expressing what is on your mind can be the first step towards feeling better. Therapy can involve finding ways to manage life's current challenges whilst also exploring patterns rooted in the past that can keep us stuck. You may need support to recover from loss or trauma, help with an issue, behaviour, or relationship that is causing distress. Perhaps you would simply like space for self-exploration and personal growth. Listening carefully to the unique needs of each individual, I tailor sessions accordingly.
Drawing on extensive training, I combine talk therapy, body based and cognative approaches for trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, family and relationship issues, sexuality, gender identity, low self esteem. Experienced in youth and community work, social care, and international development, I also offer supervision to employees in the caring professions.
You do not have to go through challenging or painful experiences alone. It can take courage to reach out for help. I am open to taking calls for a brief discussion without commitment. I have availability at my practice in Sandyford, Dublin 18 and in South William St. Dublin 2 (Saturdays only). I also offer online therapy.
