Having trained in many modalities, under the umbrella of the Humanistic theorist. Open to the existential approaches, worked in cancer support and a specialism in Bereavement.
Working with issues of self esteem, trauma,. Providing a safe, consistent professional relationship to ensure confidentiality. The goal is not to label or diagnose, but to validate strengths and empowerment.
