I am a clinical psychotherapist who works with adults who may feel caught in repeating emotional or relational patterns, overwhelmed by anxiety or shame, carrying the effects of recent or early-life trauma, or living with a sense of not feeling fully at ease within themselves. I offer psychotherapy in a warm, grounded therapeutic environment where every part of your experience is welcomed without judgement, shame, or criticism, including thoughts, feelings, and memories that may feel confusing, overwhelming, or difficult to speak about.
I work with intense emotional states - rage, trauma responses, grief, and parts of the self that feel hard to put into words - and aim to help clients face these experiences without feeling alone in them.
