I am a pre-accredited humanistic psychotherapist with over 40 years experience as a nurse, bringing a deep understanding of emotional and physical suffering to my work. My psychotherapy journey began in 1998, and although life events delayed qualification, they have enriched my capacity for empathy and presence. I completed my psychotherapy degree in 2024, combining professional training with lived experience.
Having supported people through vulnerability, trauma, loss, and transition, I understand how profoundly early experiences and relationships shape us.
