I work with clients facing a wide range of presenting issues. Some feel stuck, caught in old, unhelpful patterns. Others grapple with anxiety, low mood, or self-doubt. Some are in emotional pain. Many appear outwardly capable, yet inwardly feel overwhelmed or in turmoil. They’re curious about how their past shapes their present and seek a space where they can truly be heard. Some have experienced trauma that affects their daily lives and relationships. They need space to explore and integrate these experiences. With all clients, I support them in understanding emotional patterns and connecting with their strength and agency.
My approach is integrative, drawing on several therapies to meet each client’s unique needs. I believe a strong, authentic relationship is key to change and healing. I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can explore your inner world, build confidence, feel more connected and be better able to handle life's challenges.
