My name is Lisa. My typical clients are people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or isolated as they navigate the complexities of caregiving, career transitions, neurodiversity (such as ADHD), grief, or major life changes. Many are carers themselves — often women balancing the emotional and physical load of supporting a loved one with additional needs while managing family responsibilities, careers, and their own sense of identity. Some are facing burnout, while others come to me during a period of change — considering a new career, dealing with life after loss, or adjusting to a recent ADHD diagnosis for themselves or a family member
I specialise in supporting clients who are: caring for family members and managing carer fatigue or identity loss; exploring career change or re-entering the workforce; living with ADHD or supporting a loved one with ADHD; processing grief, loss, or life transitions; and seeking clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of self.
