Wherever you are. However you are. You are welcome. Yes, sometimes we just can’t do it on our own and we need help. Therapy is one way to resource yourself to meet some of life’s challenges. Crippling anxiety, overwhelming grief, black depression are sources of deep pain and dark suffering. They can also be as a consequence of early traumatic experiences or negative beliefs we hold about ourselves. To accept where you are is the first step in healing yourself. Hi, I’m Liam and I create a safe place for you to explore your world, where I meet you with compassion and non-judgement in a confidential setting.
I qualified in 2012 and since then I have trained in CBT, emotion therapy, addictive behaviours, and grief and loss. My approach is an integrative one, blending these therapeutic modalities to the specific needs of the client as well as to the times we live in: the pandemic has left many of us feeling isolated and alone and uncertain of what lies ahead.
Together we explore your psychological and emotional world to help you arrive at a deeper understanding of yourself and your current problems, how certain patterns of behaviour were created, and enabling you to choose new ones and to access your inner resources to bring about positive, meaningful change. Wherever you are. However you are. You are welcome.
