I am an integrative counsellor working from my therapy rooms in both Longford and Dublin. You may feel stuck, or perhaps need some help navigating emotionally difficult circumstances, painful feelings or anxiety. I am here to help you manage and support you as you find your own solutions. I will hold space for you with compassion as you discover your pathway to emotional resolve and healing.I use complementary therapy modalities including person centred therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy,CBT and mindfulness informed counselling to help my clients find emotional relief, manage symptoms, develop a sense of meaning and heal.
I offer counselling and/or art therapy to clients struggling with a range of mental health struggles and issues including depression,anxiety,stress and identity issues.
