I specialise in supporting individuals navigating periods of change, as well as those dealing with depression, anxiety, and trauma. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, with the aim of helping you realise your potential. Together, we can work to recognise unhelpful thought patterns, identify and build on your strengths, and overcome emotional barriers. I am a qualified and fully accredited integrative psychotherapist based in Dublin, working with adults and adolescents (aged 16+).
Issues I commonly work with include anxiety, depression, complex trauma, PTSD, gender, sexuality, identity, shame, self-esteem, loss, grief, and chronic illness, among others. I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive, decolonial, and liberatory therapeutic space where you can explore your identity, experiences, and challenges without fear of judgement.
I work with individuals from all walks of life, with a particular focus on supporting people from minoritised communities. I offer therapy in both English and Portuguese and bring a strong awareness of multiculturalism, mixed-race identity, and lived experience. My practice is inclusive, affirming, and grounded in social justice.
