My name is Ursula Graham. I am a humanistic integrative psychotherapist basing my practice on the person-centred models of psychotherapy. I am passionate about championing individuality and supporting clients in their individual journey of self-discovery, healing and reaching their full potential. Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I worked for 25 years in law. Attending therapy provided me the opportunity to return to my true self, heal, and reach my full potential. My wish for every client is that they too get this life changing opportunity.
My practice assists clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, work-related stress, trauma, addiction, exploring gender and/or sexuality, neurodivergence, grief and pet loss.
