I have over 10 yeras of experience working in a variety of different community and private practices. I work with adults around addictions, unhealthy behaviours and recovery, using integrative counselling and art therapy. I also currently facilitate a recovery aftercare group and an adhd support group.
I know and understand how difficult the journey of recovery is... whether its recovery from substance abuse, recovery from heartbreak or recovery from a different life trauma, you dont need to do it alone- reach out when you're ready.
