I am passionate about providing the highest standard of care to clients facing mental health struggles, as well as to individuals pursing a path of personal development and growth. My approach is at all times person-centred and, because of the nature of my training, I am in a position to offer a style of therapy that can be tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. I do this by providing a warm, safe, and non-judgemental space in which clients can explore past experiences, current challenges and struggles, and goals and aspirations for the future, while also empowering clients with practical knowledge and tools.
I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, low mood, depression, chronic stress, attachment issues, bereavement and loss, major life transitions, self-worth and self-esteem, and the impacts of past traumas.
