I provide individual Counselling and Psychotherapy to clients online, facilitating their journey of healing and personal development. I am a BSc L8 graduate from the IICP, Dublin, Ireland. I am trained in a pluralistic manner, meaning I use a variety of therapeutic approaches in therapy. I have experience of working with issues such as; depression, anxiety, bereavement and loss, addiction, relationship issues, stress, trauma and self-esteem. Currently undergoing additional training in the field of Sex Addiction and Compulsive Sexual Behaviour. Memberships: IACP, COSRT, ATSAC & AC.
My training provides me with a variety of theoretical frameworks from which I draw upon, including but not limited to Person-Centred, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Internal Family Systems, Choice Theory and Mindfulness, allowing me to tailor my work to meet the needs of each individual client.
