I believe in the effectiveness of brief intervention. As well as being emotionally supportive, therapy can be educational and empowering. During just a few sessions, clients discover much about themselves and gain perspective on their thoughts and behaviour. Through their experience of navigating issues brought to therapy, clients become better prepared to deal with difficulties in the future.
