About
Therapy can help you understand difficult feelings, learn new coping skills and explore different strategies to manage challenging life situations. I have experience working in the areas of trauma, gender-based violence, LGBTQ+, self-esteem and identity issues. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental space that allows each client to explore ongoing issues and reflect on their feelings and experiences.
I am a humanistic integrative psychotherapist. I take a flexible approach in my work, drawing on elements of different modalities to best suit the client’s needs.
Through a non-directive approach, I hope to provide clients with an opportunity to achieve greater understanding and acceptance of self and others. I am currently offering online appointments only.
