I am a humanistic integrative psychotherapist, with experience working in the areas of LGBTQ+ issues, trauma and PTSD, gender-based violence, self-esteem and identity issues. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental space that allows each client to explore ongoing issues and reflect on their feelings and experiences.
I take a flexible approach in my work, drawing on elements of different modalities to best suit the client’s needs. Alongside deeper explorative work, I use techniques and approaches from modalities such as Person-Centered psychotherapy, Gestalt, Psychodynamics , Existential Psychotherapy and Body Psychotherapy.
Through a non-directive approach, I hope to provide clients with an opportunity to achieve greater understanding and acceptance of self and others. I am currently offering online appointments only.
