Kathy can help you explore your problems and the possible solutions to them. We will together consult and consider the changes that you may need to make. Discuss and contemplate the positives, personal growth, learning that may and can arise from painful situations that you are currently experiencing.

Kathy’s therapeutic approach offers her client, first and foremost a non judgemental, safe space, whereupon she hopes the client will learn to feel safe enough to be their most vulnerable self. Kathy offers a holistic, person centred, encouraging and integrative model of treatment. She firmly believes in the quote “There go I, but for the grace of God”
