My approach is integrative and tailored to each client, meaning our work is shaped around you, your needs, and what feels most helpful. Alongside active listening and reflection, I may introduce psychoeducation and practical tools to help increase self-awareness and manage distress. At times, our work may also help you notice patterns or perspectives that could be keeping you stuck, creating new ways of understanding yourself and responding to difficult situations.
I have a particular interest in supporting people who are experiencing grief, bereavement, or other forms of loss. I also work with individuals struggling with anxiety, low confidence, and self-critical beliefs, helping them develop greater self-awareness and a more balanced relationship with themselves.
I aim to create a warm and supportive space where you can speak openly about what you are experiencing without fear of judgment. My main goal as your therapist is to help you feel supported and understood while we explore your experiences together and work towards greater self-awareness and emotional wellbeing.
