I work as a counselling psychologist and a couples therapist. It is my privilege to accompany my clients in making a positive impact on their lives and moving towards their goals. I offer a non-judgmental space where they can explore their inner landscape and reconnect with their feelings, needs, resources, helping them to break old patterns and to create the life they really want.
I am enthusiastic about embodied approaches as I see the body as a powerful tool for self-awareness, self-expression and a domain of change.
I help people experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, and symptoms of trauma among others.
I think about the therapeutic process in an integrative and holistic way. I combine traditional talk therapy with innovations in body awareness and mind-body integration to facilitate deeper access to the whole self. My approach is creative, open, and flexible, recognising that healing requires an individualised approach.
My training includes Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Dance Therapy and Movement Analysis, Non-Violent Communication, Gottman Couples Therapy. I'm a student of Somatic Experiencing, a body-oriented method to address and heal trauma and stress-related conditions. I work in English and Polish. I would welcome the opportunity to support you on your journey.
