I have over 15 years training and experience in working with adults, teens and children. I also have specialist training in trauma, anxiety and panic disorders. I am an integrative humanistic therapist, which means I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches to suit my clients needs. I provide a safe non judgemental and compassionate space so you can explore and express your feelings freely. I will be with you in the therapeutic relationship helping you to make sense of your experiences, your feelings and behaviours so you can live a more meaningful fulfilling life.
As well as working with adults, I work with children from 7 upwards. I have specialist training in working with anxiety, behaviour issues, mood, self esteem and self harm and I work with these issues frequently in my practice as well as other issues. I have experience in working with adults and adolescents with high functioning autism.
Using a non judgemental, compassionate and supportive approach my goal is to increase communication, coping and well being for adults, children, teenagers and their families. Together we will uncover your strenghts and resources and equip you with coping skills and techniques you or your child can use in the future to manage life's challenges and stresses.
