Hi, I'm Simon, welcome to 121 Therapy. I am qualified as both an adult and an adolescent therapist. I have experience in the therapy room as both a therapist and a client. I fully understand how daunting the first steps into therapy can be for both teenagers and adults alike. I am a member of IACP which is the governing body for psychotherapists, and, I am certified adolescent therapist.

The ideal environment is one that both supports & challenges us. Too often we go without both of these conditions. A Life Coach will tease out and help you create your vision of what you really want your life to be. If everything in your life stays status quo, you will head into a default future. We need another perspective if not we tend to go around repeating our default patterns and getting nowhere. As a Transformational Life Coach Linda acts as the boat, that you the client steps into, to move across the gap, to get you from your current life, to the life that is calling you.
