I am a fully accredited integrative psychotherapist with an Honours Degree in Psychology, a Diploma in Clinical Psychotherapy, and a Master’s in Integrative Psychotherapy. With over 20 years of experience in mental health, my work is grounded in both solid professional training and a deeply human approach to therapy.
