You might want to identify and work towards what you want for your life, talk through something that’s happening at the moment, or come to terms with experiences from your past that still feel unresolved. All of that is welcome here.
I feel privileged to hear each person’s story. I offer a warm, confidential, non judgemental space where you can talk openly and feel heard. I take a neuroaffirmative approach, recognising people process things differently, including those who feel they may have ADHD, diagnosed or not. Together, we make sense of things and find a way forward.
