My name is Joseph O'Beirne. I am a Psychotherapist/Supervisor in County Roscommon. I work within the ethical guidelines of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), and I am fully accredited by same. I provide a safe confidential space in which a person can explore their concerns, and find healing, in a compassionate and non-judgemental environment. I am an integrative therapist using primarily a person-centred approach, but I also use CBT, Somatic Experiencing (SE), and am a fully accredited EMDR practitioner. I have also trained in hypnosis. I attend regular supervision and am fully insured.
I have a particular interest in helping with Anxiety, Depression and Trauma. I also provide support around Stress, PTSD, Complex PTSD, Disassociation, Anger, Relationships, Marriage, Grief, Family difficulties, Panic attacks, Addiction, Sexual abuse, Assault, Bereavement, Eating problems, or to anyone looking for support through any area of their lives.
