Since 2021 I have worked as a Chartered Counselling Psychologist in various settings, with particular experience in psycho-oncology, workplace problems, student counselling and providing family therapy to parents & teenagers. I currently work with a broad range of adults and any issues they bring, with particular focus on: navigating chronic illness and disability, resolving difficult experiences of social classism & colonialism, and I sometimes work with people who have had difficult experiences following the use of psychedelic substances.
I have been trained in EFT (Level 2) which is Emotion Focused Therapy, a person-centred therapy for resolving difficult emotional issues. I also use Freudian-informed approaches, and while I have been trained in various forms of CBT, I do not practice in that way. My approach is always tailored to your needs and your unique context.
