I offer a reflective and supportive space to explore the thoughts, feelings, and experiences shaping your life. My work is grounded in psychodynamic psychotherapy, helping people understand recurring patterns, deepen self-awareness, and work through difficulties such as anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, and questions of identity.
