Jo holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy, IACP recognised. Her approach is Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy. Jo believes in psychoeducation and nourishment; enabling and empowering others to understand and narrate their own lives. The aim of therapy is to provide a safe space for clients to achieve autonomy at their own pace.
