I hold a BSc (Hons) degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy along with a H'Dip in Coaching Psychology. I am particularly interested in using internal family systems (IFS) and EMDR and draw from several theoretical frameworks, such as person-centred, transactional analysis, attachment, Gestalt, object relations, and solution-focused therapy.
