My role is to provide a supportive, confidential, non-judgemental space that is entirely focused on you. A new perspective can help us to see what needs to change in order for us to feel better and live life to its full potential. Counselling can help you to better understand your needs and learn how to ask for them. I believe in meeting individuals where they are, understanding their unique experiences, and tailoring therapy to suit their specific needs.
I provide therapy to individuals over the age of 18 who are experiencing a diverse range of problems, including depression, anxiety, low self esteem, and relationship problems. I have a particular interest in working with individuals experiencing grief, bereavement, and loss. I also welcome clients exploring sexuality and gender identity.
Choosing a therapist and deciding to make an appointment to see a therapist isn't always easy! If you have any questions or would like to arrange a consultation call to see if you might like to work with me, please do reach out.
