Hi, my name is Jennifer and I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist who holds a BA (Hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy from DBS. Currently a pre-accredited member of IACP and abide by their code of ethics. My approach to therapy is from a humanistic perspective, which recognises each person's own individuality and allows for a flexible approach to therapy depending on the person.
I believe that each person's experience of existence is unique, and while we all might face similar challenges it is important to understand a person's own unique perspective and what may be useful for them in order to heal and grow.
I place great importance on providing a secure, non-judgmental space to create a comfortable and open environment to explore whatever challenges a client may face. No problem is too big to be heard, or too small that it doesn't matter.
