I work with individuals presenting with a range of symptoms, primarily anxiety disorders, issues around self-esteem, depression, stress and trauma. I am attentive with the needs of my clients, I challenge clients as I see appropriate and offer tools to support their therapeutic journey. Much of the time, clients seek to gain relief from symptoms, and improve quality of life. My aim is to collaborate with the client to support them in reaching their therapeutic goals, and tailor my approach to meet the needs of the client.
I believe that psychological wellbeing should be tangible and within reach for all. Just as you maintain your physical, family and financial wellbeing, mental wellbeing is as much a part of your everyday life.
My aim is to support clients in creating awareness of the self, and the self in interpersonal relationships through a non-judgmental approach. Knowledge is power, and it is through self-exploration and awareness that understanding occurs, profound enough to create impactful change.
